Jake Sullivan is the current Sr. Director of Next Generation Ministry at Grace Church in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Jake grew up in Oakdale, Minnesota graduating from Tartan High School in 2000. Following High School Jake went on to attend Iowa State University on a division 1 basketball scholarship.

Jake completed his time at Iowa State University as a three-time All-Big 12 selection and three-time Academic All-American graduating with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. Following graduation in 2004 Jake played an instrumental role in starting a youth organization called All Iowa Attack.

In 2008, Jake left All Iowa Attack to form his own non-profit organization called Kingdom Cares that worked locally with youth through a sports-based outreach called Kingdom Hoops. Kingdom Cares also expanded its work into Ghana, West Africa in 2009 and by 2016 had expanded into four African countries. In 2016 as Kingdom Cares was blossoming both locally and globally Jake led the split of Kingdom Cares into two separate 501C3 organizations called Kingdom Hoops and Acts 2 Collective to bring more clarity to the local and international efforts. Jake has six wonderful children – Jacoby, Jasara, Jayla, Jennifer, JJ, and Justice. Jake and his children are excited for this next journey into the non-profit sphere here in the Twin Cities through this initiative called One City.
